In the same time, at the beginning of this year, Kia had launched its two vehicles. One is four- door sedan counterpart which had been unveiled at the 2011 New York International Auto Show. While the other is the all- new 2012 Kia Rio 5- door hatchback launched in United States, bringing along its tag price which starts at $13,600 for the manual gearbox version excluding a $750 destination and handling fees. $14, 350 is the total price for the Kia Rio manual gearbox model including that destination and handling tuitions. On the other hand the automatic transmission model costs at the base price of $15, 450. The highest price in its range is the top model SX trim which cost at $18,750 complete with any additional prices including the destination fee. The buyers will be offered a choice of three trim levels for the new subcompact hatchback. Those three trim levels are the LX, EX, and SX models. all of those models will be equipped with a host of interior features such as air conditioning, electric power steering, an audio system with USB and SiriusXM satellite radio, plus several safety features, including Electronic Stability Control (ESC), ABS, Hill-start Assist Control (HAC) and Vehicle Stability Management (VSM).
