Model B is a Ford cars produced between 1932 and 1934. This was a much more updated Model A and was replaced by the model 48. Strictly speaking the Model B was a four-cylinder car with an improved model A engine with a displacement of 201 cubic inches (3.3 liters) and 50 horsepower, but Ford has also begun to produce a very similar car with Ford the new flat V-8 engine. The V-8 car was marketed as the Model 18, but it is also called the Ford V-8, and, except for the engine, is virtually indistinguishable from Model B.
Until that time, Ford had produced a "model" each time with the range of possibilities of the body and the idea of a platform sole basis, despite the choice of two engines and model designations attached.
