Lancia Lambda 1922
The Lancia Lambda was an innovative car produced from 1922 to 1931. It was the first car in a carrier-type monocoque body, (but without a roof tense), and is also a pioneer in the use of independent suspension (front sliding pillar with coil springs). Vincenzo Lancia even invented a shock absorber of the car and had an excellent four-wheel brakes. Approximately 11 200 lambdas were produced.
